How to "MAKE MONEY NOW!" on Facebook-Part 1

OK, So you are an entrepreneur or home business owner and need to make money NOW using Facebook. Yes now! Not next month, not in the next 6 months, but NOW! I get it. Today you can make money using your computer working from anywhere! Cool huh?
Ok, but you need a different mindset.

YOU NEED A "MONETIZE-MINDSET
Monetize is a fancy word for turning something into a money making machine. Like turning a cell phone used for calling friends and texting family (personal) into a money making machine using apps and making prospecting calls (monetizing).
Most people do Facebook the wrong way. They get on FB and post something funny or personal (nothing wrong with that by the way), then they review others funny or personal posts. So think "MONETIZE"

But if you want to earn money and optimize Facebook, here is what you do:

1. MAKE FRIENDS! 
Remember, the more friends you have the more influence you have on Facebook. Not so easy today, since FB tries to block us from doing this. But you can simply like and comment others posts (especially from your favorite fanpages) and many times others will send YOU a friend request. By the way, use the back of your business card and email signature to ask others to join your friend or fanpage. If you build quality relationships with others, they'll even send you referrals. 

2. TURN FRIENDS INTO FANS
Once you connect with your friends, send them a Fan request by saying, "Hey _____(their name), I would love for you to join us on our cool fanpage at: _______________(your fanpage)." Let's say you have 1,000 friends and 20% of them join your fanpage. That's 200 new fans! Your fanpage is where you can feel free to promote more about your products and services. But be sure to always give free tips and trainings at least 4-7 times a week.

3. OFFER FREE TRAINING
Ok, you probably found this blog because I offered free training on Facebook or Twitter. Pretty cool huh? Well you can do the same thing. Just post a "How To.." Blog and invite your friends and fans to come over and take a peek! Just use a cool teaser and don't give away everything up front. Like a hug, not a kiss....yet ;-)

4. PAY-PER-CLICK ADS
Ok so you've got a product a service or an online business. The quickest way to make money on Facebook is to run a Pay-Per-Click Ad. You can reach thousands quickly! You can choose the audience you'd like to target, the amount of people you want to reach and even the city that you want to target and more! You can reach tens of thousands in days with just a small budget of $30-50.00!
Even if you have a fanpage and want to increase your likes, you can click the "promote page" at the top right or use the "promote" button at the bottom of your post. (Post promotions start around $5.00-$10.00!)

5. PROSPECTING
Now prospecting (finding out if others want your product/services) is tricky so listen up. 

• You DON'T want to just message all your friends telling them, "buy my stuff." 
• You DON'T want to call people on their cell phones randomly just because they post their cell phones on their profiles. 
• What you CAN DO is, message them and ask if they would like to a quick connect call to get to know them better. Let them talk 90% about themselves and maybe their business etc. Then they'll happily ask what it is that you do.

You CAN tell them that you have something free that you would like to share and give them a website or blog link. You CAN tell your inner circle friends (people who know you well) to "check out your product offer" ONLY 'IF' you have built a real relationship with them on Facebook.

'World's Fattest Man' Loses 644 Pounds!

You heard it right, Paul Mason lost 644 pounds! Not only that, he used to eat over 20,000 calories a day! 
When I first heard this story I asked myself two questions:

1. What caused him to gain over 980 pounds?
2. What changed him and helped him make the transformation?

To answer the first question. Paul says he gained the weight because of grief. Paul had been abused as a child, then later as an adult he lost the love of his life right before his marriage.
