How to accomplish YOUR big dreams and goals

I Thank God that I have accomplished many of my big dreams and goals in my lifetime and I want to help you do the same.

I always wanted to write a book and now I have published and sold 3! Even been featured as a Barnes and Nobles "featured author" where I did a huge book signing! As a speaker, I've presented to many thousands of people. As a coach I have coached hundreds of winners. BUT enough about me, DID YOU KNOW THAT there is a simple system to achieving YOUR big dreams and goals?  Yes, there is a mindset system and a practical simple system to achieving your big goals. I'll share.

Example, just ONE mindset could turn you into a super-achieving maniac!

ONE MINDSET EXAMPLE:

In my book, "Mindset 33" I have 33 powerful mindset to transforming your mind, body, or business. One of my favorite mindsets is the OWN IT MINDSET. Most people struggle with truly loving themselves or believing 100% in their own businesses. They doubt themselves and go back and forth between doubt and confidence. This small doubt can be the difference between 10k a month and making under 1k money each month. When you OWN IT, you are totally convinced that you are helping others. When you own it, you are totally convinced that your product and service is serving the world and you don't feel "salesy" at all.

There are more mindset transformations in the book also, like my OPPOSITE MINDSET. The opposite mindset is where you first review your past 30 days and look at them very closely. You'll find that we are creatures of habit. We do the exact same things each and every day. We do the same things over and over we repeat the same bad habits, the same mistakes and same actions each day. But here is the cure. For example, let's say you are in a business. Did you know that changing 2 things a day in your business (taking "opposite actions") could turn your business around? I tell my students to start their "opposite" day with 2 IPT's (income producing tasks) each day. Yes INCOME producing tasks. Not busy tasks, but IPT's!

If you were to do 2 things that made you money each day what would they be?  Sometimes these IPT's could only take 15 minutes to an hour! I have my IPTs down to a science. With my IPT's I can actually spend 10 minutes a day doing social media marketing posts that actually make me more money than many of my students working all day! It's my little money making secret! Try it!

Finally the thing is getting a coach. One day I got so fed-up that I called a success coach and the 2 sessions that I received totally transformed my life and business. Years later, I still keep all my notes from the sessions for review. They are priceless. A coach can hold you accountable, give you new strategies, help keep you focussed and give you a system so you can maximize your productivity.

Achieving your greatest goals in a short period of time is not that difficult if you have a system. Are you guaranteed not to fail. No way! You WILL fail. But the difference is, you'll fail a lot less and achieve and win a lot more!

If You Change Your FOCUS, You change your MONEY

This morning God gave me a powerful revelation!
"Focus on what you DO have" 
Like others, I have experiencing a small drought in my business until I got this eye opener. Here are several ways you can change your focus, so you can change your money.. (or anything for that matter).

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR FOCUS.
1. Focus on what you HAVE not on what you don't have!

This one principle can change anything! Your weight, your money, your business or your relationships!
Most people are waiting for the right time, the right place and they are focussing on everything that they "don't" have.
Example: "I don't have the money" or "I don't have the help or support" or "I don't have the time."
Instead, focus on what you DO have:
>You have a cell phone!
>You have a computer!
>You have Facebook friends!
>You have access to free resources online (videos, training audios, free blogs like this one, free apps etc.)

Focussing on what you don't have will produce MORE of what you don't want!
2. Focus on what you WANT!

What do you really want? More money, better relationships, to lose weight etc.? Well focus on that! Again, "Focussing on what you don't WANT will produce MORE of what you don't want!"

Examples:
> Focus on getting a COACH and NOT focussing on how much it's going to cost.
> Focus on going to the event NOT on how much time it's going to take out of your schedule
> Focus on getting more clients and helping more people, NOT on how this is not working!
> Focus on mass marketing to reach more people, NOT on "Oh I tried that video stuff (a couple times) and it doesn't work for me!"

FOCUS = MONEY
FOCUS = HEALTH
FOCUS = BETTER RELATIONSHIPS

WHAT TO SAY WHEN ASKING FOR THE BUSINESS

When I'm coaching clients, one of the number one question I get is,
Coach CJ, "What do I say when asking for the business?"

Here are two closing examples you can use

Ok, so you think you are close to the sale or enrolling someone but you don't know what to say. 

Try these 2: 
1. My personal favorite: "Now that you've had a test drive, are you in a position to purchase my product/service today?"

2. My Wife's Aida's close: "Ok, get that credit card out and let's just do this."
Believe it or not, it really works. They'll either sign up or come up with another reason why they can't sign up now or buy. Either one works for you.

Remember, the goal of ASKING and closing is to get the person off the fence and see if they are ready or not. No's are even good. I'd rather have a no than to spend weeks or months chasing a ghost right? 

Here is the biggest nugget of all: "Closing is always a WIN-WIN. Anytime you help someone make a decision to buy, they generally get the better end of the deal with the great value you provide."
Example: When someone purchases a 20 dollar book from me, they usually get 20 thousand worth of information or more! Win-Win.

HOW TO COME UP WITH MONEY FOR COACHING?

WHY A COACH: Having your own success coach has many powerful benefits, but I'll give you a quick 7. 
1) Accountability 2. Focus 3. Strategy! 4. A Proven System 5. Synergy (combined energy) 6. Mindset Training 7. Money Training (Someone has to show you how to "Ask For The Money") and get it, both online and face to face. That's why you are in business right? 

But getting money for a coach is a challenge these days. I have coached hundreds of great clients to get their breakthroughs, however many more hundreds of thousands face the same money challenge over and over. 
Many potential clients have said to me,
"CJ, I REALLY want your coaching but I can't afford it. I have NO budget 
for coaching.. really!" 

THE FRUSTRATION
There goes that crazy catch-22! 
"I need a coach to help me earn money BUT how can I get a coach without the money?" 
Yes, this is an age-old question. So what's the answer.

THE ANSWER?
The money has to come first. (I'll show you how, give me a second).
But, there is also another option too that I'll share below.
But remember this. There will rarely if EVER a time that money will just fall out of the sky. 
The bills will always come back around and the debts will pile up month after month, and year after year unless some miracle happens... right?
So what do you do?

3 WAYS TO GET THE MONEY FIRST:
1. BE CREATIVE
-I have seen people do yard sales
-I have seen other sell items they no longer use (stuff is just sitting there like old computers old bikes etc.) on Craigslist
-I have clients write down their "How Can I list" A list of creative ideas how they can come up with at least the down payment. I often ask, "If you were in jail right now and needed 500 dollars, how would you come up with it?" Or "If your loved one needed a emergency operation, how would you come up with 5k dollars?" People get REALLY creative when they are in a life and death situation or their freedom is at stake.  

2. ASK FOR PAYMENT OPTIONS
-There is a very cool Pay Pal, "Bill Me Later" program where you can take 6 months to pay!

-Ask the coach to give you payment arrangements. Make 2 or 3 payments instead of one lump sum.

3. BARTER
Sometimes a coach will barter services with you. You may be able to volunteer for him or her for example. There have been times that I have traded VA services with someone who is really hungry and determined for success. After a few weeks of my coaching they were able to get the money to pay for my coaching services.

Never let money stand in your way. A coach can take you places you could not get to on your own.

If you find that you are struggling to ask for help or to barter or to use your creative mind, you may need a coach to help you break through this EGO. Ego will keep you broke. Ego will keep you from asking. Ego will prevent you from achieving your greatest dreams. Humble yourself and ask for help. Ask me for help. I dare you :-)

WHAT OBJECTIONS are you getting when promoting or sharing your business?

OFFER MEANS that you should ALWAYS give something away for free. Attracting new clients are like going on a brand new date. You don't ask for the sale right up front. You build relationships. One of the greatest ways of building relationships is to give away free offers.
